Eggless Yellow Cake

Ingredients
All-purpose flour: 1 ½ cups
Custard Powder: ½ cup
Sugar: ½ cup
Milk: 1 ¼ cup
Baking powder: 1tbsp
Baking Soda: ¼ tsp
Refined Oil: ¼ cup
Vanilla Essence: 1tsp
Method of Preparation
In a bowl add All-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
Warm the milk by adding sugar to it till the sugar melts.
Bring this to the room temperature.
Add refined oil, vanilla essence and custard powder to the milk.
Mix well without lumps.
Add this milk to the all-purpose flour.
Mix well. (To get the consistency u can increase the quantity of milk, if needed only)
Transfer this to the greased baking tray.
Bake at 160 deg to 30-40 minutes or till the cake test is done.
